Albatross Database - Fax Order Form

 

To subscribe to the Albatross Database please 

  1. fill in the order form below

  2. print it out 

  3. date and sign it!

  4. scan the signed form and email it or fax/mail the complete form to us! 

  5. Please inform us about your order by email so that we can activate immediately your database access.

  6. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail. 

  7. Your on-line access will be activated

  8. A written invoice, credit card slip and the CD-ROM will be mailed to you

We hereby subscribe to the

Albatross-World Airports and Suppliers Database and News System.

Subscription time: one year, starting with the day of the order. The subscription renewals automatically for another year if it is not cancelled by letter at least 1 month before the end of the current subscription period.

The subscription includes :

  • first year: DVD with the current full version of the Albatross database.

  • 4 DVDs with updates, published end of March, June, September and December

  • the possibility to download updates by Internet.

  • Internet access for the on-line web version of the Albatross Database

  • Regular newsletter by email with all articles which are included into the News Archive section of the database

The price depends on the number of users/installations within the company. (Separate licences are necessary for the use of the database in different offices/subsidiaries!)

We choose :

1 to 3 Users/Installations = EUR 600

4 to 10 Users/Installations = EUR 1200

 

Traffic Statistics Module:

Standard version: Traffic statistics for the 5 last years.

 Included with the subscription package without any additional fees.

 

Extended version: Traffic statistics for the last 25 years.

Additional fee of 

EUR 1000 per year for 1 to 3 users.

EUR 2000 per year for 4 to 10 users.

 

We hereby certify that we will not install the software on more computers than indicated above and not use it in other branch offices or subsidiaries.

Orders from France are subject to 19.6% VAT. 
Orders from a country of the European Union without a valid EU-VAT Reg. Number are also subject to French VAT (19.6%).
Invoices are due within 7 days.

User data is stored in a database.
